Terms of Agreement:

Sunshine Digital x Muse in Motion Pop-Up Shoot

By booking this service, you (the "Client") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this legal contract for your session at Sunshine Digital Content Studios (the "Studio"), co-hosted by Sunshine Digital and Muse in Motion (collectively, the "Companies").

1. Service, Fees, & Deliverables

• 1.1. Package & Pricing: This booking is for a one-time, specific time slot for the Sunshine Digital x Muse in Motion Pop-Up Shoot at the designated event rate. (Note: Standard hourly rental rates and Sunshine Digital membership booking hours do not apply to this specialty collaborative service).

• 1.2. Payment: Payment for this pop-up session is due in full at the time of booking.

• 1.3. Included Deliverables: Your booking includes (1) 20-minute mini-shoot on the exclusive event set, five (5) professionally retouched digital images, and behind-the-scenes (BTS) video content. Additional images may be purchased post-shoot for $10 each.

2. Punctuality, Cancellations, & Late Arrivals

• 2.1. Strict Time Slots & Late Policy: Because sessions are booked back-to-back, start and end times are rigid. Clients must arrive 10 minutes prior to their scheduled time slot.

• 2.2. Unforeseen Delays & Same-Day Rescheduling: We understand that emergencies happen. If unforeseen circumstances arise on the day of the event causing you to be late or miss your slot entirely, the Companies will attempt to move you into another open time slot on the event schedule, strictly subject to availability. If the event is fully booked and no slots are open, the standard cancellation policy below applies.

• 2.3. Cancellation & Future Credits: All sales are final. Unlike standard studio rentals, these promotional event tickets are non-refundable. If you miss your session and we cannot fit you into a same-day open slot, you will not receive a monetary refund. However, you may roll your credit over to a future Sunshine Digital x Muse in Motion collaborative pop-up event at no additional cost (subject to future event availability).

• 2.4. Cancellation by the Companies: In the rare event the Companies must cancel the pop-up, a full refund will be honored.

3. Studio Rules & Property

• 3.1. Surveillance: Surveillance cameras are installed in certain common areas of the building (including the lobby/podcast area, conference room, hallway, and parking lot) for security purposes. No cameras are installed within private studio areas to ensure Client privacy.

• 3.2. Prohibitions: Clients and guests are strictly prohibited from bringing illegal substances, firearms, lethal weapons, or filming pornographic content on the studio premises. Violations will result in immediate termination of the session without a refund and potential legal action.

• 3.3. Liability & Equipment Damage: Clients assume all risks and liability for their person and property during their session. Clients are financially responsible for any damage to or loss of the Studio's space, exclusive sets, or equipment caused by themselves or their guests.

• 3.4. Guests: To ensure a smooth workflow between back-to-back sessions, clients may bring a maximum of two (2) guests (such as a makeup artist or assistant) unless explicitly cleared by the Studio in advance. Clients are responsible for ensuring their guests abide by all studio rules.

4. Intellectual Property & Photo Release

• 4.1. Muse in Motion Photo Release Requirement: Because this is a co-hosted event with Muse in Motion, a separate, detailed Photo & Media Release Form will be emailed to you by Muse in Motion following your booking. Signing this digital form via email is a mandatory requirement to participate in the shoot and receive your final images.

• 4.2. Studio Property: All intellectual property rights regarding the Studio's facilities, equipment, branding, and set designs remain owned by the Studio.

• 4.3. Client Content & Promotional License: Clients retain ownership of the final images delivered to them. However, by participating in this event and in alignment with the forthcoming release form, the Client grants both Sunshine Digital and Muse in Motion a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display the final images and behind-the-scenes (BTS) footage for promotional, social media, portfolio, and marketing purposes.

5. Legal & Miscellaneous

• 5.1. Governing Law: This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Nevada.

• 5.2. Entire Agreement: This section constitutes the entire agreement regarding this specific pop-up event and supersedes any standard studio rental terms or prior verbal discussions.

Acknowledgment: By proceeding with your payment and completing this booking, you certify that you agree to abide by and be bound by all the terms, rules, and policies outlined above, including the requirement to sign the Muse in Motion Photo Release form upon email delivery.
